Used the guaranteed rent scheme

We used the guaranteed rent / fully managed scheme to ensure income. Painless and fuss free, even when we had property issues not of the tenants causing. Best of all, they got to deal with the tenant who had, shall we say, unrealistic expectations of rental property management... Were told upfront of the rental choices, we went in eyes open.

An excellent propoerty managing agent for overseas landlords

In our experience Northwoods goes the extra mile to help their clients especially when located outside UK. They offer us a guaranteed rental income irrespective of our property being occupied or not. They take care of our needs but also those of the tenant so that any problems or items that may need replacing can be quickly agreed with minimum of fuss and disruption to tenant and we are kept completely informed at all stages.. Northwoods have restored our faith as a proper service provider as we previously had a bad experience with a different agent even though we had been with them for over 15 years. The best a landlord can get.

Northwood are the easiest people to work with! All comunication is fast and nothing is too much hassle. The fees are very fair especially as they guarantee my rent even if the tenant dont pay.

Very professional yet personal letting agents.

Right from day one, I have found Wendy and the Northwood team very professional in looking after my property. Professional, friendly and reliable, I have used Northwoods happily for a number of years. I think the Guaranteed Rent plan is excellent.

Very happy!

Wendy was very clear and upfront in the initial valuation and I have been left with no surprises (like additional fees) so far throughout the tenancy (we are now in month 8/9). Everything even down to the date I would receive rent was explained and amazingly it has happened without any input from myself. The tenants that Northwood sourced have been very respectful and pleasant according their neighbours which has been a great relief. Anything I ask is dealt with efficiently and admittedly Wendy's team are capable of assisting in her absence, which as a Landlord/Landlady is a common frustration when dealing with other agents. I have to say Wendy is beyond approachable & friendly and it has been a very pleasant experience to date. Would I recommend Wendy and her team at Northwood Crawley? YES!!

8 years now and no problems

I've been with Northwood now since 2007. And to date I've had no problems at all.

Having tried three estate agents in Crawley I was at the end of my tether as after promising what they would do for me they all let me down drastically, a friend suggested Northwood and they have been exceptional, we had a couple of hiccups in the beginning but these were sorted out promptly and efficiently, would not hesitate to recommend them and I do not say this lightly
