As first time owners of a property for rent we have found Northwood excellent. Ben, in particular, has thoroughly looked after us and has taken us through the steps carefully giving us with the peace of mind we needed. We would recommend Northwood very highly.

I was with Northwood for just over 14 years. I liked the fact that I would be fully protected under their platinum rent scheme, which, when I lived in spain was a great comfort. You hear so many horror stories about some tenants  ( As well as Landlords too ) so this was the deciding factor in me choosing to go with Northwood. In all the years that I was with Northwood, I can honestly say that they were great, and you actually struck up a good working relationship with whoever it was that was dealing with you at the time. Whenever anything needed doing to the property I was informed and then I had to take remedial action to fix whatever the problem was. I also liked the fact that they only used contractors that they themselves would use, this too was another thing that put my mind at rest. I never felt that when the repairs, or things that I wanted done to the property, that I'd been shafted.  I have always tried to steer people I know who want to rent their property out, towards Northwood, for the reasons I've mentioned above. There really is no downside to renting with Northwood, as far as I can tell anyway. I have since sold my house, which Northwood handled, again without any drama , or incident. The whole  process from start to finish went according to plan. So in my honest opinion I can't see for the life of me, why you'd want to rent out with anybody else. Yes you might get offered a bit more money, but stop and think for one moment, what will happen if things go pear shaped, you could very well be on your own, with Northwood, they really have got your back.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

He made me feel he would do what he could to make the process as quick and easy as possible for me. Having no previous experience in selling a property, I had to have trust in my estate agent. My instincts were correct, because within the first week, I had 4 offers. Ben was on hand to help me through the whole selling experience, for which I was extremely grateful. On occasion it wasn't easy, and Ben was there to explain it all in simple terms. Even if Ben was out of the office, his colleagues were helpful and very professional.
