As a person with a disability, it was really important to find a groundfloor flat with an allocated parking space and I am so happy that we found our new home which ticked all our boxes. Daniel was always very helpful from the start and he actually recorded a video of the flat for me to see on our viewing day, because I didn't really figure out how to get into the property at that time due to my disability and only my husband could view it. On our initial viewing of our property, Angela met us and was extremely friendly and helpful with information about the property and surrounding area. I had some issues with referencing but Angela helped us through the entire process and secured the property. During the pandemic last March we had a leak in our bathroom and the team were very quick to ensure the leak is fixed. Recently we have had to make changes to our contract and Angela as well as David have been incredibly supportive to ensure I can stay in my home.
