We previously rented a property through a different agency and everything after they had received our money was a nightmare, so it is nice that this time went without any issues. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and even went above and beyond to squeeze in our check in earlier than planned so that we did not have to pay for the rental van for the whole bank holiday weekend which was extremely helpful and greatly appreciated.
