Estate agent Stephen was really great from start to finish. Really pushed the process throughout to make sure myself and the seller could complete as quickly as possible. He was the communication link between all the other parties involved, giving regular updates even when he didn't need to/probably have time to. Stephen was the one I knew I could call for anything move related, even explaining the big words on the contracts from solicitors! Finally Inspire made completion day really exciting for me, even giving my fur baby a bag of doggy sweeties!
