We had a very seamless experience selling our property. Although we didn’t achieve the exact asking price, we secured an offer very close to it, which we accepted. Really good experience. I'm very grateful to Miles who steered me towards a house that on paper I wouldn't have considered. It turned out far beyond my initial expectations. All the staff were really helpful. They answered questions promptly and kept me up to date. Thanks to all the staff, especially Sarah, Kira and Paul.

Having read the reviews it comes as a shock that I’m even having to say this….. went to view a property on Byrd Road with Atlanta and I must say what a frosty reception we got. We arrived Atlanta was already stood outside the property we waved as we was parking to which she completely just looked at us with a resting b face, upon meeting Atlanta I felt she was very abrupt and cold with me, to try and break some of the awkward tension I asked how she is , she then responded short and sweet with “ she’s fine” As I said it comes as a shock I’m having to write this, hopefully Atlanta was having a bad day and wasn’t put off by me being a person of colour :)
