We moved into the area just before Christmas and although this feedback is a little late, I still want to say how well Neil and the Curchods team in Cranleigh looked after us. Neil was very efficient in keeping us updated with the whole process of buying/selling and always got back to us quickly with any questions/queries that we had. Neil was particulary good with his very calm manner and approach and really did help to ease some of the stresses that inevitably come with a house move. I would not hesitate to recommend.

I would highly recommend Curchods in Cranleigh. This is our second time using this estate agent. Our house sale proved to be a challenging process due to fluctuations in the market, however, at all times Clive and Neil were professional, helpful and patient, leading to a positive conclusion to both house sale and purchase.
