Great service
We sold with Brinsons and Birt in October 2018. Having quite a unique property we worried it would take a while to sell. David Larkin and the team ensured we were marketed in every possible way and kept in touch regualrly to keep us in the loop. We really felt that they went above and beyond to ensure our property sold swiftly to enable us to settle and apply for school places for our daughter in plenty of time. They were always happy to answer any queries we had and dealt professionally with us as through sale negotaitions and beyond- even offering sound advice on the property we went on to buy, despite it not being marketed with them. We would highly recommend Brinsons and Birt.

Impeccable Service
David Lakin and his team at Brinsons and Birt provided a brilliant service in regards to our purchase. From viewings through to offer and completion they were so helpful and I would highly recommend them, not just as an agent to buy through but for any property sales also and would look to use them in the future should we ever move.

Helpful.
All employees of Brinsons and Birt were helpful each time we contacted them over the period it took to complete the sale. Their local knowledge of the area and people was extremely helpful as prior to completion we were raised several concerns that were answered quickly and efficiently. .

Went the extra ten miles!
We had already tried two estate agents for the sale of our house without success before coming to Brinsons and Birt on the recommendation of a friend. Within a few days we were seeing a steady flow of interest from potential buyers who had realistic expectations and were genuinely interested in the property. We were delighted to finally agree the sale, The chain involved was extremely long, and as we approached the exchange date, a link in the chain unravelled which could have been disastrous. At this point David Lakin at Brinsons and Birt really made the difference by taking ownership and communicating with literally everyone involved to pull it all together.. Many, many thanks to him for his commitment to getting the result we wanted. Thank you to David Birt, whose local knowledge and customer care are just exceptional. The whole team really were friendly and knowledgeable and pulled together for us.. Many thanks to you all.

Brilliant service
From the time David came out to give advice and take the property on the service was excellent. The advice given was honest and forthright I was advised of what I could improve to help the sale. Communications where very good I knew what was happening with viewing and any feed back. All in all very good service

Outstanding, professional, courteous and personal service!
I would like to add my personal review for the fantastic top class service I received from Brinsons & Birt selling my house for me in 2017. The sale was made in record time and I was made to feel included in every detail of the sale of my property. I would highly recommend Brinsons & Birt to anyone who is thinking of selling or indeed purchasing a property.

We found Brinsons and Birt very proactive
The combination of the younger directors of Brinsons with the professionalism and experience of David Birt is viewed by ourselves as a winning formula. The new combination has in our view introduced improved marketing but maintained good old fashioned personalisation.
