House Purchase
A very professional service and warm and genial estate agents . There was quite a delay in buying our house because of the vendors and would have liked more frank conversations about timescales and issues holding up the sale. Other than that, we had a good experience buying through Brinsons and Birt and would go through them again.

Professional and helpful
We had a particularly difficult sale in Cowbridge with a range of issues but David Birt and David Lakin helped make it as painless as possible. Very experienced in property sale in the area with very good interpersonal skills. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional team

Satisfactory.
Both Stephanie and David Lakin were very courteous and helpful during our rather difficult period of time in purchasing. our new home. We have settled down really well and look forward to experience health and happiness during this next chapter in our lives.
