We sold with Brinsons and Birt in October 2018. Having quite a unique property we worried it would take a while to sell. David Larkin and the team ensured we were marketed in every possible way and kept in touch regualrly to keep us in the loop. We really felt that they went above and beyond to ensure our property sold swiftly to enable us to settle and apply for school places for our daughter in plenty of time. They were always happy to answer any queries we had and dealt professionally with us as through sale negotaitions and beyond- even offering sound advice on the property we went on to buy, despite it not being marketed with them.
