Top drawer service from the Paynes team. Used them for renting out a house initially and John Buckby was the most engaging gentleman who was so professional and friendly sorting out the right tenants. Decided to sell the same house and although the buyer was difficult to say the least Liz,Mel and Lee did more chasing than a marathon runner to get the deal over the line. My family members also use Paynes and I can't recommend them highly enough. Well done guys 🫶

I’ve been living in rented apartments for 10 years, never before had an experience this good. Staff are friendly, helpful and honest. Arrive at viewings on time and are contactable during their work hours. Best agency around.
