I was very lucky to start my renting experience (life) in the UK with John Payne Estate Agents. All staff I dealt with (Mark, Jodie, Justine, Angela, Natasha, Tom) are very polite, responsive, supportive and honest/trustworthy. The agency is properly licensed and has extensive processes established (that are followed) to ensure legal and fair treatment of all involved in transactions and property maintenance. I am now on my second rented property with John Payne and I will remain with John Payne as long as I live in Coventry/UK. Thank you everyone for making my life peaceful and happy 🙌💖

Very professional staff, easy referencing process and not long waiting times. We had renovation done in the property we were moving in which made the property to be in a very nice condition when we moved in. Overall I recommend this agency.
