Payne Associates recently sold my house in Coventry. I was very impressed with how they presented my property, with a 1st class description and photographs. Tom and Leah are on the ball and you could not ask for more from an Estate Agent - great people. My only small quibble ( which I'm sure applies to most other Estate Agents ) is that they fail to make clear that the prices they quote do not include vat - I would prefer to have the full & complete price 'upfront'. Other than that, I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
