I am a landlord who has recently started using Payne Associates. I find them extremely helpful and solve issues promptly. I have used a number of other Estate Agents in Coventry over the past 10 years but find Payne's seem to highlight some real finer details. When putting a new property on the market they will give helpful notes on future issues the property may have before it goes on the lettings market. This is a real breath of fresh air as its infinitely easier to action these while the property is vacant. Also we are sent exact dates/times of viewings the property gets so we can pre-empt this and make sure the property is tidy throughout. This sounds like such a basic thing but in my 10 years of letting properties I have never had a estate agent keep me so in the loop.

I have been using the Letting Team for a number of years. They know my business model and are adaptable to my needs. Olga is very professional & thorough with her work, always offering excellent industry advice. John is very professional & during COvid-19 has demonstrated to me that with imagination it is still safe for tenants & agents to achieve moves. Damien is an oracle for all technical/legislation/regulation matters. There are so many rogue Letting agents that cause stress to tenants & frustration to landlords. Payne’s are top class & have shown me during Covid-19 they are being as flexible as they can be. Well Done

Leah, Chloe, Jon and the rest of the team at the Walsgrave Road office were brilliant when I recently sold my house. It was 15 years since I last moved so lots of things had changed. Jon gave me some great advice about what work I should do before putting the house on the market, and what work was unnecessary. Leah and Chloe helped me manage the viewings and the property sold STC within 2 working days! Leah supported me through the process after accepting the offer until completion, and was particularly helpful and calmed me down when I became anxious part-way through. As I was also looking to buy I had first-hand experience of other local estate agents and realised that I had definitely made the right choice with Payne Associates as their professionalism and attitude was second to none. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone!

I sold my house through Payne Associates and it was very well managed from start to finish. Leah in particular was incredible. She was calm, professional and always on the ball. This is how all estate agents should be.
