We recently sold our house with Payne Associates, they were absolutely fantastic, they advertised our property, arranged all viewings and our property sold within a week of putting it on the market. However they continued to go above and beyond this, helping us secure our new home which was being sold via another estate agent by sending emails and making phone calls on our behalf. The process of completing the sale was made difficult by the chain below us and payne associates, Aaron Breelan in particular was amazing we spoke everyday for nearly 3 months and he was always exceptionally helpful, reassuring and professional, we honestly feel that without his help throughout the process we may not have secured our sale and purchase. If we were to move again we would always use payne associates and would highly reccommend them.

Having sold a property last year with Paynes through their negotiations and professionalism everything went very smoothly. We bought a house from paynes quite a few years ago and decided to use them as our agents , all our tenants have been well vetted and they have looked after both the tenants and our selves very well over the years, keeping us informed of all checks on the property and any necessary repairs have been dealt with quickly .
