Due to an advancement in our careers, we had to make a big decision to move halfway across the country to Coventry from the South Coast. The team at John Payne were super helpful in working around our restricting timeframe and, being such a large distance, our unavailability to be present in person to a lot of the meetings that were required. Amelia was our main contact throughout the whole process and she was brilliant at helping the whole ordeal super seamless and stress-free during what would be a high stress process. Unfortunately she was unavailable when we went to pick up our keys, but John was there to help out and couldn't be more helpful if he tried! We appreciate everything they have done for us, and we're super happy with the results! Thank you!

I’ve just recently registered (free)with this letting agency and so far my experience has been really positive. They regularly send me property options that match my budget, which really helps me in my search for a home. I truly appreciate their service I also called them and felt comfortable speaking with them they were patient, friendly, and happy to help.
