Having recently completed on the purchase of our first home, we had a great experience with John Payne. From our first viewing with Lee to completion, John Payne have been so helpful every step of the way. Helen and Melanie were so friendly and helpful and made the house-buying process a lot easier and less stressful than we were expecting! Highly recommend.

A Fantastic Renting Experience with John Payne Estate Agents. After moving out of university accommodation, this was my first experience with private renting, and I couldn't have asked for a better one. Since I came to England I can boldly say Johnpayne has the best customers service to far. Very professional and great guidance all through the process.And they didn't ask for any holding deposit, you pay your rent and deposit after all the processes checks are complete.hoping to continue letting and refer anyone to them .
