An absolute breath of fresh air. Having used another estate agent prior to White & Guard, and had a less than great experience I was sceptical. But the team at White & Guard Bishops Waltham work seriously hard for their commission. Michaela was a dream to liaise with. The communication, flexibility and honest transparency made dealing with Michaela and the whole team an absolute pleasure. I've had to deal with six estate agents recently and W&G were substantially better for the following reasons. 1) Very responsive, upbeat staff 2) Valuer clearly explained how he was going to confidently and easily sell our home for more money than we had imagined 3) They sold it first day and we only cleaned the place once. 4) They sold us our next property and did a great job of liaising so from instructing them to originally sell, they sold our home and we moved in to our next one -all within 14 weeks.

We sold our property with White & Guard after months of stress with another local estate agent. They were really professional and worked hard to make the sale quickly and at the price we had wanted. They were great with their communication and were constantly chasing everything up for us so we didn't need to worry. We were always made to feel like we were a top priority and had regular updates. They were great with arranging viewings around our shift work and considerate to our personal circumstances. If we were to ever move again, we will definitely be going back to White & Guard.
