J.W. Wood, Consett Branch took all the pain out of the house buying process, with regular updates of progress and patiently explaining the, sometimes confusing, terminology and procedures involved. We spoke to several of the team at Consett, who were all very professional, but mainly dealt with Samantha Galbraith who has been superb in her patience and detailed handling of the process, by liaising with all the solicitors involved and also keeping us (and the sellers) 'in the loop' at all times.
