Do not use RK for renting- They will attempt to take as much of your deposit as possible.
They tried to use OLD photos from before we moved out/finished cleaning before we showed our own proof photos.
They also don't really care about inconviencing you. There was scaffolding blocking our only exit/entrance and had no intentions of moving it until i had to talk with safety and legal.
If you're renting with them make sure you have photos of e v e r y t h i n g not just the whole rooms either get close ups. & Get everything in written proof and screenshots.
I have never had any issues with any other landlord/agency whilst renting in the past. RK are by far the worst.
Update: They'll also begin to harass you via email for your review!

Dear Elizabeth,
We are very sorry to read your recent review.
We tried to contact you once to discuss this further as looking after our tenants is important to us.
On this occasion, the Landlords attended the property to carry out the checkout themselves, they took their own photos and organised a cleaner.
Deposit deductions are raised by Landlords and we managed to obtain an agreement for them to pay half of the cleaning invoice.
We completely understand that scaffolding outside your front door was an inconvenience, but this was arranged at very short notice directly by the Landlords to resolve an emergency roof leak. When you made us aware of your concerns, we acted immediately, we contacted the Landlord’s and they apologised for not giving notice, the work was emergency work and was resolved in under 48 hours, the building was still accessible to yourselves and other tenants in the building.
We believe in full fairness and transparency but feel both issues were outside the control of Robin King Lettings as a Managing Agent, however, we do appreciate your feelings over the issues raised and apologise you feel this way.
We wish you all the best with your future.
Kind regards,
Robin King Lettings.
