Our relationship with Robin king nearly spanned a year. Firstly it started as we were buying from them, for which the customer service was excellent. Then due to our buyer pulling out we switched over to RK and they continued to provide great service from both sides. Unfortunately the economy was against us. Roll onto next spring and the house was sold in 6 days. They were there if there was a problem but also let us get on with it when we needed to as well. Have recommended them to many and would continue to do so.

This is the third time we have used Robin King to sell a house and I wouldn’t use anybody else . Their commitment to selling our property was 100% and they managed to secure the asking price in a very short period of time in what is currently a very difficult market. They produced a stunning brochure , carried out many viewings and always gave feed back. During the negotiating and legal procedures we were always kept well informed. My partner and I have had the pleasure of working with Alex for the last couple of weeks, she's been helping us find our new home. So far we've viewed 3 properties with Alex's assistance. She has been so helpful and understanding of our wants and needs in a new home. It feels as though she really knows us. Our two year old, who Alex kindly hung out with so we could properly look round the houses, is also a big fan!

We attended a viewing of a property with Ruth recently and simply had to leave a review. She made us feel at ease from the very start, she was honest and open and well informed. We agreed to answer a short survey where we had to rate the property out of ten, based on location, expectations, price etc our only disappointment was that we were not asked to rate Ruth as an agent for which we would most certainly have given her a 10.
