Fantastic service from Alex and team. I contacted Martin & Co due to a recommendation in order to help me find a tenant for my house and potentially manage. Having rented from Martin and Co for a while now we ran into some issues with the boiler, we were having trouble getting the hot water sorted for a while and Joleen was beyond helpful, she made what was a awful time somewhat more bare able with her communication, proactive attitude and empathetic ear in a time of need. I reccomend Martin and co Colchester, especially Joleen as she didn't stop until the issue was sorted, a lovely kind professional woman and a true asset to the team thank you once again for your endeavours and all your hard work
