Ellie was very efficient in helping us view a property which we rented within a short period of time. I was impressed because, even though we live abroad, she arranged quickly for a member of the family in the UK to view it and the rental was finalised almost immediately. I decided to let out my flat using Jackson and Co so I could go travelling and honestly have nothing bad to say about them. Their communication has been great and they found me a tenant really quickly. I had a friend who was remaining in the flat, who was my main priority when finding a new tenant, they’ve been extremely considerate to him and made sure the new tenant would suit his lifestyle and get along with him. As a first time landlord moving to another country I had no idea what I was doing and they gave me advice and helped me through the whole process and I can’t thank them enough for that, they made the process so easy.
