We sold our house within 3 days with Robert Watts.James was on the mark regarding the asking price for our property and we achieved 5K over,which was a huge plus. It took about 16 weeks to complete - but that was due to other solicitors messing around and an exceptionally busy time for solicitors and estate agents in general. I would definitely use Robert Watts again and Jenny and Lisa were very good to work with - nothing too much trouble.
