Mattea helped us from Start to finish, gave me all the information required, answered any questions to the best of her ability and got back to me and confirmed anything she was unsure of. Amazing service. I had several estate agents came to value my parents old property and James stood out for the right reasons, straight forward, honest and everything he told me he would do came through in a professional and timely manner (couldn't say the same for some of the other local agents!) The sales process of a difficult sale was made as pain free as possible, the team in the office were brilliant, especially Nicky who handled the majority of the sale. Estate agents have probably had one of their busiest periods in a long while, and comparing the experience I have had with Watts to the service several of my friends have had recently with other Estate Agents, I was truly blessed, throughout there was only one slight hiccup, but that was addressed and rectified immediately. They've been helpful, professional and always there at the end of the phone or email for any updates, questions and communications.
