We sold two properties through Robert Watts in Cleckheaton. They were extremely helpful and kept us informed throughout. Their assistance was particularly helpful when our first home hit a snag (spot of damp) which was fixed quickly and efficiently by a local company they recommended. We obtained pretty much 'asking price' for both properties and were very happy with their service. Would definitely recommend.

We bought our house through Robert Watts and they were fantastic from start to finish. They kept us in the loop constantly. We dealt with Nicky Aspin, she was fantastic, very professional and lovely to talk too. She chased everything and updated me regularly. We had a bit of a nightmare towards the end of the sale with the top of the chain messing around. The sale would of gone on even longer if it wasn’t for Nicky constantly chasing all the other parties. Couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Nicky and the rest of the team.
