excellence from start to finish. clear advice, honest opinions. when I had a silly thought I got a straight answer and was not made to feel like I was pestering. everything was so easy. they helped set my solicitors up for me which took alot of stress off me as I was an emotional wreck- my mum had died and it was her house I was selling. they were very active in advertising and didn't just put it up and leave it to sell itself. fees were good too. I have used Robert Watts for many years with all family buys and sell and will always use them in the future, they are honest and so helpful. Robert Watts were fantastic from start to finish. I was selling this house for my mother in law due to her husband being terminally ill. All the staff were brilliant; every email was answered more or less immediately, viewings were coordinated with ease and always confirmed by email, and we even had to take the house off the market for a while due to medical issues but nothing was a problem for them. I cannot fault Robert Watts and all their management and staff, absolutely superb service.
