He arranged for the photographs, floorplan , measurements and EPC and produced a very effective brochure for going to market. We left the organisation of viewings in Steve's hands and he organised a large number of viewings in a short time of going to market. Steve handled the negotiation process and kept us fully informed at all times. We have now exchanged contracts. Throughout the process Steve has always been approachable and able to assist us and answer questions we had.
