Well, that was quick! Taking exactly 11 weeks from initial advertising to completion, Steve and Donna certainly delivered on our need for a quick sale. Progressing smoothly and efficiently throughout; Steve generated a lot of interest in our house prior to the open-house style full day of viewings. A quick move to offer acceptance was followed by much proactive work to ensure that the process through to exchange moved at pace. Our experience of Steve and Donna's approach sharply contrasted with the high street estate agent we first advertised with. Apart from the generation of momentum leading up to the launch, the main difference was their untiring responsiveness to our enquiries and their willingness to get very involved in accelerating the progress of the sale - both up and down the chain - such that nothing languished on any one person’s desk for longer than necessary. I cannot recommend Steve more highly for anyone looking to purchase a home and would actively seek to use him exclusively in a house purchase. After a few negative experiences with other agents, Steve showed kindness and understanding in a very difficult situation - it costed nothing but meant an awful lot to my husband and I.
