Having been very pleased with the excellent rental management sevice from Alex Jewhurst over the last couple of years, we had a decision to make when our tenants re-located to the North of England. We discussed our options with Alex and he suggested it could be a very good time to sell if we were interested in doing so now. We agreed that the timing was right for us and from that moment onwards Alex once again did everything we could ask for and more besides to find a buyer then ensure the whole process ran smoothly and efficiently, keeping us well informed throughout and pro actively intervening if necessary to push through each stage to completion. Ewe Move Cirencester did a great job from start to finish, a truly professional service. Like many others, we were on a Stamp Duty deadline which became very stressful when we encountered delays. Jenna went above and beyond to help move things along and get solicitors talking. I don't think we would have made it without her! He managed to sell my property during the Covid19 lockdown, which was a difficult task. http://ewemove.comNice to meet you! I am Alex Jewhurst and I started our business as EweMove Cirencester from our spare room in South Cerney back in June 2017. I have been coming to the village since I met my wife, Natasha, at university in 1999 before we finally moved "home" in 2015 after a 10 year stint in central London. We live in South Cerney with our 10 year old daughter, May and working Cocker, Louis and have no regrets in leaving the Big Smoke behind. My estate agency career started in a small army town called Bordon in Hampshire in 2005 after I decided a career in engineering just wasn't right for me. Having always had a passion for property, I decided to jump into the industry - much to the dismay of friends and family saying "but you're not like an estate agent??". Ever since then I have strived to change the perception of estate agents to show that we can be "good people!" The journey took me up through Surrey and on into the Central London market where I finished up working for Hamptons in their City office dealing with some pretty spectacular high net worth clients and properties to boot. However, after almost 2 years of commuting back and forth from the Cotswolds to the City, I decided that was enough when I stumbled across a rather interesting, if not quirky franchise opportunity with a crazy green sheep logo. The rest, as they say, is history...
