He coordinated the chain effectively, which helped ensure our sale went smoothly. He even went the extra mile by personally couriering necessary documents between all parties, a refreshing change from solicitors who often don’t respond promptly. The marketing was also excellent. Mike conducted 50 viewings, which is remarkable compared to our previous agent in 2018, who managed zero viewings! Overall, it was an outstanding experience.
