Throughout our extended house buying process, Mike has been brilliant. He was very professional keeping us updated throughout. He was attentive to our concerns and very kind when needed. When the purchase finally went through we were away and he very kindly volunteered to take the meter readings, checked that the house was ok in the cold weather and even fed the fish.
