I am not going to say I don’t recommend you because I don’t think that is fair but maybe some advice. I thought - What Robson Amersham could do better for people who are not millionaires but just want to invest their hard earned savings in a modest property. - when you take a prospective buyer’s details down and say you are going to pass them on to another agent, please do that. 😔 - listen to what a prospective buyer is requesting and give them the chance to talk about what they are looking for. Try not to sound like you are in a rush, the person on the receiving end might be new to this and will think you are not interested in them and this might put them off buying a property with you.😣 - finally if a prospective buyer calls to view a property and you ask them times they are available to view - maybe work around those times or give options for alternative times instead of booking them in a time they can’t make. 🤯 I think that’s it, thank you Robsons.🙂

Really appreciated your help throughout. Although you were acting as an agent for the Sellers , it also felt to us both, as the buyers, that you were also acting for our interests too. From offer to final completion, Sandra's communication was prompt and clear. Sandra kept us all updated including upon our chain to make sure this purchase went through. I have dealt with many estate agents personally and professionally but found Sandra's professionalism second to none. Even when things got delayed or bogged down within our chain she didn't add any undue stress on us which I have found with some other agents.
