Robsons network of offices along the Metropolitan Line provided first rate local knowledge and delivered us a steady stream of qualified potential buyers. Everyone at Robsons in Chorleywood was always polite and knowledgeable in all our dealings with them, and Nick got our house sale over the line despite adverse market conditions and many obstacles. He consistently went over and above what one would expect from an agent and handled tricky negotiations with great tact and diplomacy. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Anybody looking to sell a house in the Chorleywood and Rickmansworth area should put Robsons at the top of their list.

Thank goodness we had Sandra on our side during a pretty anxious period! I am fairly confident that if she had not been involved the process would not have been so quick and I am not sure we could have completed before the SDLT relief deadline without her. Sandra really is efficient and she gets things done, she was really great at calling up all parties to try and understand where things were being held up and getting things to move along again. Things that could have dragged on for days between solicitors were dealt with in an afternoon by Sandra- what a star, and also a really lovely person to chat to as well.
