I am not going to say I don’t recommend you because I don’t think that is fair but maybe some advice. I thought - What Robson Amersham could do better for people who are not millionaires but just want to invest their hard earned savings in a modest property. - when you take a prospective buyer’s details down and say you are going to pass them on to another agent, please do that. 😔 - listen to what a prospective buyer is requesting and give them the chance to talk about what they are looking for. Try not to sound like you are in a rush, the person on the receiving end might be new to this and will think you are not interested in them and this might put them off buying a property with you.😣 - finally if a prospective buyer calls to view a property and you ask them times they are available to view - maybe work around those times or give options for alternative times instead of booking them in a time they can’t make. 🤯 I think that’s it, thank you Robsons.🙂
