Thank goodness we had Sandra on our side during a pretty anxious period! I am fairly confident that if she had not been involved the process would not have been so quick and I am not sure we could have completed before the SDLT relief deadline without her. Sandra really is efficient and she gets things done, she was really great at calling up all parties to try and understand where things were being held up and getting things to move along again. Things that could have dragged on for days between solicitors were dealt with in an afternoon by Sandra- what a star, and also a really lovely person to chat to as well. Sandra, we were very grateful for everything you did and you have helped save us a not insignificant amount of money- thank you for really getting involved in the process and making the experience far less stressful than it could have been otherwise.
