House buying can be very stressful we just got the key this week after a long tedious process for last 7 months. If there is anything that made this process easy it was Luke. Throughout the whole process Luke was professional, prompt and always available. I mean we were getting better updates from him than our own solicitors. If we are ever selling this property he will be the agent.

We dealt with Luke when selling Dad's property and he took the stress out of the whole process for us. He was very professional and knowledgeable while also being friendly and approachable. Luke was very proactive, he managed to get us a lot of viewings very early on and managed to secure an offer within 6 weeks. This was no mean feat as it was shortly before Christmas, not the best of times to be marketing your property. What I loved about this estate agents is the contactability. Luke was always one step ahead, I never had to chase him for information he was constantly updating me via phone call or text. Throughout the whole sale procedure you are assigned one agent and this just makes things so much easier. Not all estate agents are the same and it can be frustrating when phoning and having to repeat the same conversation with many different people.
