After having a bad experience with a well-known high street estate agent who provided us with inadequate marketing, little communication and a vastly inflated valuation that resulted in virtually no viewings, we decided to switch to Ewe Move, which was the best decision we made. It wasn't an easy market in which to sell the property and it did need some work doing to it. When we did receive offers, we found Joe to be an excellent negotiator and he worked hard to get us the best possible price.
