Great experience from start to finish with two properties. Dan found a great tenant within days of the flat and the house going to the market. I have found Dan to be approachable, friendly and very efficient. I love that he personally does everything from the viewings to the move in inspection, allowing him to get to know the tenant before moving them in. Great photo's and a floorplan were also included, have recommended Dan to others and will always use from now on!

If you are thinking of selling your house you will be pushed to find a better estate agent than EweMove Childwall. We dealt with Luke when selling Dad's property and he took the stress out of the whole process for us. He was very professional and knowledgeable while also being friendly and approachable. Luke was very proactive, he managed to get us a lot of viewings very early on and managed to secure an offer within 6 weeks. This was no mean feat as it was shortly before Christmas, not the best of times to be marketing your property. What I loved about this estate agents is the contactability. Luke was always one step ahead, I never had to chase him for information he was constantly updating me via phone call or text. Throughout the whole sale procedure you are assigned one agent and this just makes things so much easier. Not all estate agents are the same and it can be frustrating when phoning and having to repeat the same conversation with many different people. All in all I can highly recommend EweMove Childwall and Luke in particular. He managed to turn a stressful process into a simple one.

We recently sold our house with Ewemove (Childwall, Woolton and Aigburth). We cannot recommend Ewemove and particularly Jane D enough.
