Unfortunately, our experience with this estate agent (Giovanni) as first-time buyers was quite disappointing. Following the agreed sale, communication became inconsistent, and his manner was often unprofessional. We received documentation from Giovanni listing the incorrect property type, and he told we us we were wrong with an attachment for the corrected document. Coordinating the EICR proved unnecessarily difficult, despite providing advance notice regarding the time required. There was also confusion regarding who we were dealing with on completion—his team informed us Giovanni was off work and that someone named Joe would be handling things, yet Giovanni continued to communicate with us directly, adding to the lack of clarity. Most notably, the keys were handed to us through his car window, which felt dismissive and unprofessional outside a property on a public road ‘we shouldn’t have driven down’. Overall, the service did not meet the standard we expected. We would certainly advise to avoid this estate agent, particularly if buying outside of South Liverpool, as Giovanni expressed on numerous occasions ‘well I work in South Liverpool’, so perhaps this was the issue.

To any one wishing to let through this company I would really consider thinking twice as when we first moved in all seemed ok but then things started to full apart and that’s when it all became no boiler for at least two months Electrics getting wet to to a roof leak which was left months and we lost belongs and mr Jones literally said to me well you don’t need that room , even no we pay for it. Then the extractor fans never worked so then the water started coming through then and been months sorting that out been a fight after a fight. The fire brigade has to turn of lights etc and fuse box to stop and issue as the kitchen one did smoulder have proff and reports..
