We have recently used Ewemove in Childwall to purchase a property and let it out. Giovanni has provided outstanding service throughout the whole process. The purchase was painless and he also supported us in renovating the property by sharing his extensive local knowledge to point us in the direction of some great local builders. Once complete, he provided a competitive price to let out and manage the property. He let the property out within a matter of days and the new tenants moved in very quickly afterwards. Not only did this make the process very efficient, it meant that we could turn around the purchase, complete renovation and letting out of the property in just a few months.
