I was pleasantly surprised when I met Giovanni Tummino at the valuation stage. I expected the usual condescending 'sale speak' but nothing could have been further from the truth. From the offset I was confident that the property was in good hands and I wasn't let down. I received a solid offer within days and throughout the process I was regularly given updates by text or email so I always knew exactly how things were progressing. On occasion, and when appropriate, Giovanni was happy to liaise with other professionals involved in the process on my behalf, which he managed with skill and expertise, which was much appreciated.
