This review is long overdue. We made an offer on a rather challenging property back in 2020/2021. It took a long time, was stressful and emotional due to various complications but Redbrik especially Natalie were there through the process with regular updates and at times intervention with the council who had no sense of urgency and the fact that I ended up with my forever home is purely down to them and the help and support they gave. When the property has needed any repairs or attention the team at Redbrik are organised, caring and dedicated to what they do.
