The staff are very professional, nothing is to much trouble, you feel you are in safe hands with them. A big shout out to Liz Wheelhouse, a phone call every week from her, keeping us up to date. She was always there to guide and steer us through any problems and was always happy to listen and advise. Overall, we have used Redbrik a few times over the years and may I say they always go above and beyond to make a somewhat stressful experience, more manageable. We felt that Redbrik were really proactive in selling our house and in sending us directly, houses that we might want to view. From the valuer, Jacqueline; the photographer, Josh; the negotiators Holly and Natalie and her cover Janet; the viewing agent, Rebecca, they all listened to our ideas and comments and were keen to work in partnership with us. They were always available and even the office based people who were answering the phones, had access to our details and seemed to have the latest information on our sale. Our key worker, Natalie was also proactive in keeping in touch with us and let us know if she was going to be on holiday and who would be our contact until she returned. We wish we had put our house on the market with them from the beginning, as we received a very poor service from our first agent and the whole experience with them was very unpleasant. We have since not heard anyone say a bad word about Redbrik, in fact we can't fault the service we received from them.
