I used Martin and Co to setup a new tenant for me. I can honestly say the process was faultless. Kerry was amazing and very helpful. They arranged a contract, inventory and deposit scheme. It took all of the stresses and strains off me for a very fair and competitive price. Would highly recommend x

We sold our house in less than 3 months using Martin & Co. Tony Wilkinson and Gabrielle Clay were extremely helpful and made sure everything ran smoothly. The phone was always answered promptly and all my questions were dealt with promptly. Tony and Gabrielle went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble. They were always professional and provided sound guidance. I can’t praise highly enough the property description and photos produced by Martin & Co to market the property.

Brilliant!! They went above and beyond to move me into my new place quickly & seamlessly. They also speedily rectified a couple of small niggles with the property that were discovered during moving, couldn’t recommend them enough :)
