I have always been reluctant to manage my property via an agent due to additional costs, increase maintenance costs (expensive contractors used) and a third party delays in communication. However Manging my property via hunters was the best thing I did, they made it easy, reduced paperwork and time for me. Hunters managed all repairs with local companies (which were cost effective) and they were able to ask for more rent which meant, I received the same monthly payment, without all the headaches of having a rental. Matt and his team are amazing and I would highly recommend them. Thank you so much guys, you offer an amazing service.
