Laura and Oscar were friendly and professional in their approach to their work. They are clearly experienced and knowledgeable about tenancy agreements and gave me good guidance about my options and about the terms and conditions of a tenancy agreement. Laura was always very prompt in replying to my emails. Laura was supportive with help and assistance as I navigated my way through the 3rd party Homelet application process which initially was quite daunting when I hadn't done it before but Laura gave me the confidence to complete the application. The Homelet help line were very reassuring and helpful too in understanding the process of referencing and affordability checks.
