Hi, I moved to EweMove after having a really disappointing experience with one of the big high street agencies, and I honestly can’t recommend EweMove enough. From our very first conversation, I felt understood. They really listened to us and did everything they could to make us feel comfortable and supported after being let down by another agency. Phil from the Southam office was absolutely fantastic, always helpful, patient, and happy to answer all of our questions. He found the perfect family for our BTL property, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. There were no hidden costs, and everything was explained clearly and understandably. The communication with the agency has been amazing throughout. If I could give one piece of advice, it would be for people using the “big” letting agencies to consider moving to a smaller agency like EweMove. They genuinely understand your needs.
