For many years I have been playing with the idea of renting out my property, I had concerns and I had worries. What if I couldn't get a tenant? What if the property was vacant for a long period of time? I went to Northwood in Chester after seeing some advertising I had seen around town, I called up, explained my situation and I was invited in to discuss what service they could provide based on my circumstances. I have to say what a pleasant experience it was, Northwood should provide themselves on the staff they hire. I was greeted with a smile and an open mind. They listened, they didn't have a heavy sales pitch ready and waiting and provided a tailor made plan which fit inline with my needs. All my questions were answered in a way I understood and the unique selling point for me is there guaranteed rent scheme. I have nothing but praise for Katie, Lesley and the whole team - from the moment Katie came round to assess the property; the pictures which made the place look amazing; the arrangement of viewings; the quick offer of sale etc. Nothing was too much trouble - e.g. Lesley was able to arrange for a gas engineer to go round to fix the boiler. Throughout the process Lesley and Katie kept in touch with developments. The whole experience was positive, and I would like to thank Northwoods for having such a brilliant team in Chester.
