Complaint against Chris Hassett

Me and my wife hired Chris to help us in buying a house. Being a close friend with Kris Dikes from Chester branch, he assured me over the phone that the vendor will negotiate if any repairs needs doing. But the email from Kris to us came that there is no room for negotiations, even further checks will be done for costs estimates. He lied to me in this respect and although he assure he will call me to discuss about this, he didn't. Very disappointed by how he handled with our case. Shame
