Worst rental services ever watch these rogues will do damage to property after you left and Claim damages to keep deposit. I made the mistake of not taking photos of before we left. GORDON is absolutely rudist person I ever met and and speaks down to you like your something of his shoe. sadly he's the manager so nothing will get done about him.

Had a viewing scheduled last Friday. Nobody turned up. After 20 minutes I rang to find the property had been let already. Would have been nice if they contacted me to let me know beforehand.

Would advise anyone to not use Belvoir for rental. The property i rented was unclean when I picked up the keys, had to have a second clean, an even after that I still had to clean! They have now taken £40 off me for not cleaning the oven, which was dirty when I moved in in the first place, they are disputing as this is the one photograph I didn't take, however did take pictures and videos of the rest of the filth. Absolutely unacceptable service from Belvoir.

Was treated horribly, no help at all from them, when asked to investigate the bad treatment that I had I got a reply a day later meaning no investigation was made. 3 months later still waiting for any deposit or just any reply of them. Worst agency I have ever been with
