I was a tenant manageress by belvoir for 7 years and never had any issues. Any problems that occurred they were sorted quickly and properly. Always very honest, helpful and understanding. In the mind field of renting and the horror stories feel confident to go with belvoir chester. Highly recommended!

Belvoir Chester have been managing my property for nearly 10 years and I have to say that Gordon and his team in Chester have been superb all these years. They have been extremely professional and quick to respond to any complaints from tenants and any instructions from ourselves. Our property is an old Victorian terrace house which can be fraught with issues including a leaking roof, damp and sticking wooden doors. We have dealt with these issues swiftly with Gordon and Sarah's help. Void periods have been kept to the minimum and each time the property goes back to the market, it gets snapped up within a few days. Gordon is extremely experienced with identifying and trouble shooting issues and have a good range of tradesmen to provide more expert help when needed. Happy to recommend !!!

Hi, We stayed at one of the properties managed by Belvoir Chester, all staff were helpful when we contacted them. We had an issue with the lights which was fixed, also an issue with the roof leaking which was also fixed in a timely manner. The place was not super clean when we arrived but it was more than acceptable. Note that Laura and Gordon were very helpful. Cheers David

I have rented out my property through Belvoir Chester for the last 14 years and am extremely satisfied with their services. Whenever a tenant has left they found a replacement in less than a week, so no loss of income. The inevitable maintenance jobs required over the years have been dealt with rapidly and at a very reasonable cost. All the administrative papework has been carried out professionally and the rent always paid on time. I have nothing bad to say about Belvoir Chester. All staff were friendly and helpful. We got a lovely welcome pack when we first moved in. They responded to emails in good time and sorted out any issues with the property promptly. When we were moving out they were good at letting us know about viewings in advance and worked them around us. They made the whole renting process very clear and easy and I got my full deposit back! Would definitely recommend.
